Tiruvannamalai has hot climates during summers and moderate climate during winters. The best season to visit Tiruvannamalai is from October to March.

Summers (March to May) are hot with temperature hovering around 28°C to 40°C.

Monsoons( September to December ) offer medium to heavy rainfalls bringing comfort from hot summer days.

Winters (December to February)are pleasant during with the temperature in the band of 20°C to 26°C.
